Position Summary: As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee construction projects, working closely with volunteers to ensure successful execution. Your role will involve managing teams, coordinating tasks, and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Allocate tasks to volunteer teams and ensure efficient project execution.
- Supervise construction work, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Provide guidance and support during construction tasks.
- Manage CHRP projects (Critical Home Repair Program)
- Work closely with project managers and assist with hands-on construction activities.
- Ensure all job sites are OSHA approved.
- Address any safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain understanding of local and state building codes.
- Minimum of 3 years in construction supervision or related field.
- Experience working with volunteers is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide diverse volunteer teams.
- Proficiency in construction techniques and safety practices.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including email and word processing.
- Basic mathematical aptitude to calculate building measurements quantities, etc.

- Salary: $23-$27/hour (DOE).
